Joe Mehran is an Associate on the Investment sales team in Queens. He joined the team in July of 2026 and completed an internship with the team the prior year.
Joe earned his Bachelors degree from Cornell University in May of 2026. At Cornell Joe majored in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in finance and achieved a minor in real estate. Additionally, Joe spent a semester abroad studying at Bocconi University in Milan, and had the opportunity to travel throughout Europe.
Growing up in a family real estate business, Joe developed an appreciation for the industry from a young age. Prior to working at RIPCO he interned at Seer Capital Management where he analyzed CMBS, and real estate credit markets.
Outside of the office Joe enjoys traveling, playing golf, sailing, cooking, and spending time with his family.
