Jessica joined RIPCO’s New York City office in 2012 as a marketing professional before transitioning to real estate brokerage in 2015. As a marketing and sales professional, Jessica has helped create marketing strategies and done comprehensive market research for Brooklyn Heights Plaza, 333 Schermerhorn (The Hub), and City Point in Brooklyn.

Her extensive knowledge in the Upper Manhattan and Brooklyn markets and exemplary communication skills developed over the course of her career help her provide landlords with unique marketing strategies that encompass digital, print, and social media outlets to effectively advertise and market properties to attract the most qualified tenants.

Jessica is a licensed Salesperson in the state of New York and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
