Jack Chera, Vice President, joined RIPCO in May 2022. He specializes in retail leasing for both Long Island and New York City markets.
Before joining RIPCO, Jack worked at Crown Acquisitions starting in 2010, where he focused primarily on identifying properties for acquisition. In 2012, the company launched Crown Retail Services, its retail brokerage division, and Jack became involved in both the acquisitions and retail leasing sectors.
His impressive track record includes closing deals with notable brands such as Chipotle, Bank of America, School Construction Authority, Vitamin Shoppe, Sephora, Pet Supplies Plus, Indochino, IHOP, Armed Forces Career Center, and Planet Fitness, among others. Jack also assisted numerous clients with buying and selling properties across the five boroughs. While at Crown, he led a team that completed 30 deals with Planet Fitness. Over the past three years, Jack has represented Planet Fitness Corporate, successfully securing 15 deals across Long Island.
