Huvi began her career at RIPCO Real Estate in April 2025 as an Associate, specializing in commercial leasing and RIPCO’s parking division. She works closely with Michelle Abramov and Greg Batista, a team based out of RIPCO’s Queens office with a strong focus on landlord and tenant representation throughout Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Long Island.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Huvi built a diverse and strategic background in real estate. She began in 2017 as a residential leasing agent and quickly rose through the ranks to property manager, regional manager across multiple states, asset manager, and ultimately director of marketing for a leasing brokerage. This journey has given her deep insight into the full life cycle of property management and leasing operations.
Huvi earned her bachelor’s degree from Charter Oak State College in 2018 and obtained her New York State real estate license in April 2025.
Originally from Montreal, Canada, she brings a unique perspective and strong work ethic to her role. Outside of work, Huvi enjoys reading, the outdoors, cheering for the WNBA, and spending time with her cats.
