Edward Kemp

Edward Kemp is a Director of Investment Sales in the Tampa Office of RIPCO Real Estate. He specializes in the sale and advisory of retail assets throughout the country, with a primary focus on the acquisition and disposition of single tenant net leased properties.

Mr. Kemp has over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate and has transacted in 18 states. Edward entered the commercial real estate industry as a research associate with CoStar Group in 2016, focusing on data management and market analytics for several major metropolitan markets. He began his brokerage career at Marcus & Millichap in 2017 specializing in the sale and advisory of net lease retail assets until joining RIPCO in December 2022. Mr. Kemp earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida, in political science with a minor in sociology.
