Eddie Esses

Eddie Esses is a Director in the New York Investment Sales Group at RIPCO. In his role, Eddie works alongside Alex Svetlakou and the rest of the RIPCO Investment Sales team focusing on investment property brokerage in the New York market.

Before RIPCO, Mr. Esses was a Director of Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where he focused on investment sales primarily in the southern portion of Brooklyn. Previously, Mr. Esses founded and ran Brand Central, an e-commerce business selling a large range of products to online consumers. Prior to Brand Central, Mr. Esses was a college intern and later an associate at Massey Knakal and Cushman & Wakefield where he worked alongside some of the firm’s top agents focusing on investment sales in multiple Brooklyn territories. During his time at Massey Knakal and Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Esses was involved in the sale of assets primarily in Brooklyn in excess of $200,000,000 total.

Mr. Esses also maintains a very active role in community activism and civic engagement, maintaining close relationships with multiple elected officials including the Mayor of New York City and multiple Congressmen. Mr. Esses has worked on passion projects in his community including working on a charter school option for community parents and increasing awareness on matters of bias and discrimination. Additionally, Mr. Esses has worked on fundraising efforts for community institutions Sephardic Bikur Holim and Sephardic Food Fund. Lastly, Mr. Esses serves on the Sephardic Youth Committee for the UJA Federation of New York and is an Operating Board Member of the Sephardic Community Federation (SCF). Mr. Esses was recognized for this work as one of the Jewish Week’s 36 Under 36 honorees in 2021.

Mr. Esses earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Entrepreneurship from Baruch College, as part of the Deans Scholars program. In his free time, Mr. Esses enjoys playing tennis, attending concerts, and traveling. You can find him spending the occasional weekend in Miami or attending the next Bruce Springsteen concert.
