Craig Gelberg

Craig Gelberg joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2017, and now serves as Director. He was previously an Associate with Schuckman Realty where he began his career in commercial real estate, with a primary focus on tenant representation.

He has worked with a diverse variety of national retailers such as T-Mobile, Foot Locker, Orangetheory Fitness, Popeye’s, and a variety of local restaurant operators. He has completed over 80 transactions in Manhattan, the New York City boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester County.

In addition to tenant representation, Craig has expanded into landlord representation as well, working on leasing assignments in Manhattan and the NYC boroughs. He has worked on behalf of both local real estate investors and larger developers such as The Hudson Companies.

Craig is a licensed Real Estate salesperson in New York and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. A native New Yorker, he graduated from The George Washington University and holds Masters degrees in Finance and Business from Tulane University and Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
