Christopher Walther

Chris Walther is an Executive Managing Director at RIPCO Real Estate and has been with the firm since 2013. After building his career throughout New York City and Westchester County, Chris relocated to South Florida and now operates from the firm’s Miami office.

Over the course of his career, Chris has represented a diverse roster of national, regional, and local retailers in their expansion efforts throughout South Florida and the New York City metropolitan area. His tenant representation experience includes brands such as Starbucks, Chopt, Xponential Fitness, Altice USA, AutoZone, and Dollar Tree. Chris has also completed transactions on behalf of prominent landlords, owners, and developers, including Related Ross, Kimco Realty, Garden Commercial, Hudson Advisors, Trademark Property Company, Related Companies, Vornado Realty Trust, Urban Edge Properties, Acadia Realty Trust, and Jamestown.

In recognition of his accomplishments in the retail real estate industry, Chris was named to Commercial Observer’s 2019 “30 Under 30” list of leasing professionals. He is a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida, a licensed real estate salesperson in New York, an active member of ICSC, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach Sailing Club.

Chris earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2012 and currently resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.
