Bryan Semel

Bryan Semel comes to Ripco Florida from Aspen, CO where he’s been living for the past 13 years and working as a leader in commercial real estate over the last 8 years. Bryan grew up ski racing so Aspen was a regular vacation spot for him & his family; however, he knew South Florida was where he ultimately wanted to reside.

Since Bryan began in commercial real estate, he has listed and leased all of the marquee Aspen listings and holds the top two price per square foot deals to be done in Aspen to date.

Over the past year and a half, he has worked with Mark Hunt and his head of leasing and acquisitions Brandon Tarpey to lease almost all of the M Development portfolio with credit and high balance sheet tenants.

In the process, Bryan has taken 95% of the commercial market in Aspen and we are pleased to announce he is bringing his unique curation style of leasing to South Florida.

Bryan is now focusing his business on South Florida to help Ripco take the commercial market share in leasing and investment sales. Before Bryan started his own company, he spent two years with CBRE and before that Compass.
