Brian Krakower joined RIPCO in 2024 as a Senior Associate working alongside Vice President, Greg Batista and Executive Managing Director, Michelle Abramov. He focuses on landlord and tenant representation within the NY Metro market.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Brian worked as a middle market investment sales broker in Brooklyn and Queens, focusing on mixed-use, retail, and multifamily properties. He then worked at the global CRE data provider, CoStar group, where specialized in research before making his move back into retail brokerage.
Brian earned a bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College, where he studied finance. He currently resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
