A passionate retail real estate professional, Bill specializes in lease negotiations, tenant representation, landlord representation, and deal-making across a wide range of retail categories. His extensive experience includes transactions with many of the nation’s leading retailers, representing spaces from 2,000 to 150,000 square feet.
Bill’s strong relationships with engineers, attorneys, municipalities, and other real estate professionals enable him to help clients navigate the complexities of development and maximize the potential of their properties.
