Ben Leff joined RIPCO in 2025 as an Associate, where he focuses on debt and equity placements for ground-up construction and transitional assets across the greater New York City and South Florida markets.
Prior to his current role, Ben served as an Acquisitions Analyst at a behavioral-health-focused real estate development firm. He supported the full cycle acquisition process through underwriting, market analysis, due diligence coordination, and preparation of investment materials and offering memorandums.
Additionally, Ben held an internship at Invictus Property Advisors, where he contributed to all aspects of the investment sales process, including market research, preparation of offering memorandums, financial modeling, and origination.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he was also recruited to play basketball.
