Westbury: Buy Buy Baby S.C.

On behalf of prominent family, Ripco created a package for sale of a 150,000 sf retail property occupied by Buy Buy Baby and Raymour Flanigan. Ripco assessed the potential value of property made a marketing package, and, as per client wishes,ran a tight confidential auction with a select group of the 10 most likely candidates to purchase the property.within 2 weeks from the begining of the auction, we had 3 bids above the seller's desired selling price. we then worked closely and urgently with the 3 bidders to narrow down and tighten the closing conditions. Eventually, the purchaser selected agreed to a close in just 3 days from agreement on price. The whole transaction from begining to end was 30 days.
