Over 40 people in two strategic locations allows us to serve the broad metropolitan New York area. Most Ripco brokers have an average of 10 years experience in commercial real estate, and they are supported by a youthful crew that regularly canvasses the region to keep our database current and to keep our eyes open. Our robust research team provides analytical support and produces corporate committee presentations. These services include mapping, demographic and comparables research, graphic presentations, listing tracking, and competitive sales and store opening comparables.

About Our Partners

Todd Cooper has over 24 years in commercial real estate. Prior to founding Ripco, Todd was Vice President of Leasing for Kimco Realty Corporation, where he had been for nine years. He is a long-term member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  

Peter Ripka has worked for a retail real estate development and brokerage for many years. He oversees Ripco’s Manhattan office and is presently serving as Program Chairman for the Stores Committee. Peter is a member of the New York State Bar Association and a long-term member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
